When We Answer and When We Arrive
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes, every day of the year, weekends and public holidays included, with a licensed plumber ready to head your way. A burst pipe doesn't check the calendar, so neither do we.
How fast can you get here?
We move on-site fast once you call, day or night. Exact timing depends on where our nearest plumber is working, but getting to you quickly is the whole point of an emergency callout.
What happens after I call?
You'll speak to a licensed plumber, not an answering machine, who talks through what's happening and dispatches someone your way. On arrival, that plumber looks the job over and agrees the cost with you before touching anything.
How does the callback form work?
Pop in your name and number, day or night, and we'll ring you back fast. It suits anyone who can't talk right now but still needs a plumber on the way soon.

What It Costs, Straight Up
How can I pay?
We run standard payment options and confirm what suits you when we quote the job. Whatever the total ends up being, you'll have agreed to it before any work starts.
How do your quotes work?
A licensed plumber assesses the job in person and gives you a fixed price before any work begins. Nothing starts until you approve the price, and it doesn't change once you've said yes.
Do nights, weekends or public holidays cost extra?
No. The price you agree on-site is the price you pay, whatever time we knock on your door. There's no separate after-hours rate hiding in the fine print.
Is the quote really free?
Yes, and there's $0 Call Out Fee on top of that. You get a full look at the job and a cost to consider before you owe us anything at all.

The Wollstonecraft Side of Things
Do you work on Wollstonecraft's apartments and strata blocks?
Yes. Plenty of Wollstonecraft's housing is multi-unit rather than standalone, and we work with owners, tenants and strata managers across all of it.
Do tree roots really block drains around Wollstonecraft?
Yes, the mature trees on Wollstonecraft's leafy hill streets and bushland reserves regularly send roots into older clay and earthenware drainage runs. It's one of the more common blocked-drain callouts we get in the suburb.
How local are you to Wollstonecraft, really?
Wollstonecraft is part of our regular run, we're not driving in from somewhere else for the job. We're past Smoothey Park and Brennan Park regularly, which is a different thing to just covering the postcode.
Why do Wollstonecraft's older homes keep us busy?
Plenty of Federation and interwar homes here still carry original galvanised supply pipes, which corrode over time and restrict water flow until they're repiped. Combined with storm-season stormwater load on the older drainage lines, it adds up to steady emergency work.

Licensed, Insured and Accountable
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, every plumber works under NSW plumbing licence #275278C and full insurance. Ask to see it on the day, we'd rather show you than have you take our word for it.
What does the Lifetime Labour Warranty cover?
It covers the workmanship on every job we do. If it's not right, we come back, no questions, no cost.
What is safe to try myself before you arrive?
Turning off water at the isolation valve or the meter can limit damage from a burst pipe or leaking tap while you wait. If you smell gas, do not flick switches or light flames, leave the property and call from outside.
Who is responsible for a blocked sewer, me or Sydney Water?
Generally, everything from your boundary in is your responsibility, and the water authority looks after the mains beyond it. If you're not sure which side a blockage sits on, we can help you work it out on-site, and you should confirm your position directly with the water authority too.
